By submitting a case to Coastal Research, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions and the Fee Schedule outlined below.

Unless otherwise stated as a Project Blue member or through another special arrangement, all cases will be billed according to the following rates:

Invoices are due within five (5) business days from the issue date unless you have a specified payment arrangement with Coastal Research.
A 10% interest penalty per week will accrue on unpaid invoices.
Payments must be made using the approved methods specified in the invoice.
Clients with specialized agreements must have written contracts specifying alternative payment terms.
Disputes regarding invoices must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receipt.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in legal action, service suspension, or collection efforts.

Coastal Research does not guarantee results, and clients are responsible for verifying the information provided.
The results provided are strictly for internal use only and cannot be shared externally.
No charge for Personal policy searches if limits cannot be found. A $100 no-hit fee applies to Commercial, Policy Existence, and International cases, or $50 if you are a Project Blue member, unless a special arrangement is made with Coastal Research.
If a Commercial policy is found on a Personal policy request, the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the correct policy type.
Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations when using Coastal Research’s findings.
